Returns

I am so pissed at the fact that I was missed informed so many times. The error that was caused on Fingerhut oversight totally poor consumer service and the fact that the staff was totally not on the same page. I called more than 6 times and was on the phone over an hour each time. When all this could have been avoided from the start. I just hope that when my returns are received by your company, that my account is credited accurately and correctly. I wasted a half of day dealing with fingerhut on yesterday. I am so disappointed with fingerhut, I just want to close my account.

Name plate

I trying letting them know that this is nothing like... the picture! It's looks cheap chance color within a month but yet they still want my fiance to play 250.00 dollars for it also came bended... please don't order they're jewelry it's not worth the price... these is not the change that came with it I thought this would make it look better. No help for it just offers waste of 250.00

My account was incorrect for my tv deliverance and a manager gave me some crazy info and than when I ask him to check ups info he changed what he said and told me he did not know why he gave me the precious info and its hard understanding what everyone u get on the phone is saying I love ur products but ur customer service is terrible.

I would give them a zero star if it was an option. This place is most definitely a scam that disguises itself as something extremely helpful. I bought a tent back in May, and couldn’t make payments on it until July. I made two payments in July and made the first one late because I was out of service, and they wouldn’t let me pay ahead of time. They charged me over $40 in fee’s for being two days late. I paid another $20 payment two days later. But basically due to the fee’s my two payments did nothing; keeping my balance at $200. They never reported to the credit agency that I made the payments, and this has yet to continue into September. I’ve made four payments, no other late payment and my balance is somehow at $203. When I applied for this card it damaged my credit, and brought it down 20 points; which I figured was fine because I would grow it quickly. That was a lie; and my score has yet to go up once in 6 months because of this card. It does more damage than good, and I wish I would’ve read the reviews.

Most of the items I received have been opened or used!...

I believe most of fingerhuts merchandise is store returns. I have even received a watch that was later found to be fake. They double sometimes even triple the price because they know credit challenged people don't have a lot of options. I have paid on time for years and needed to move one of my payments date, mind you I had never been late and paid off balance several times. I got a representative on the phone and when told that I needed to move a payment date I rudely got the third degree about why I couldn't make my payment on the due date. You have the nerve to give me the third degree when I was never late paid off balance on several occasions and I have spent thousands on their pre owned over priced merchandise. I am paying them off and never using this service again.

Fingerhut harasses their customers with…

Fingerhut harasses their customers with spam mail, harasses customers with emails claiming payments haven't been made, when it clearly shows it's been paid. Fingerhut changed companies in the middle of my agreement and caused my credit to drop because it closed an account and reopened an account. I am debating on just packing my items up and sending them back, instead of finishing paying them off. Customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend Fingerhut or fetti to anyone.

Every time you make it order you lose credit points.

No matter what our balance is the minute you order your credit score goes down. If every time you use their card your credit score goes down I guess maybe you shouldn't be using their card. I will only be making the smallest ordered purchase per year to keep the card open so I don't lose more points. I don't recommend this card for anybody at all not even if you have good credit cuz you won't after

This site is a hoax...FRADULENT

This site is a hoax...FRADULENT! I used them to establish credit, once i did i made all my payments on time AND/OR EARLY. Paid it all off and they closed my account and i lost 80 points on my credit score. Then i had to use them to establish the credit i lost. And if thats not bad enough they automatically signed me up for SAFE LINE to pay my bill if i get behind, which costed me $200+. Yeah, thats fradulent also. They dont pay anything. DO NOT USE FINGERHUT. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible reviews

I started with fingerhut years ago. Then closed my account. Had great experience with them. 2 or three years ago I got fingerhut again I've returned items for a refund no problem. I don't get where you are having problems with costumer services they have always been polite to me. They recently switched to fingerhut fetti and still no problems. I payed off the remainder of my regular fingerhut so I wouldn't be having to pay both back. I do not intend to close my account even when paid in full because they offer great quality stuff.

Yes it helps build your credit try to order small items at a time pay off quickly and then add more bigger items and pay off installments to improve your fico scores and keep in mind any miss payments for fingerhut and your other credit cards will effect your fico scores so shop smart and enjoy

It used to. Then march of 2022 they changed banks. Wiped all the customers credit back to 0 and started over. Probably gonna be sewed. I lost 7.2 yrs on my credit history.

You don't pay anything at check out after your first time using fingerhut credit and once a month you will pay the monthly price unless you decided to pay it in full.

So far they have never allowed me to go over my limit. It always tells me I can pay the difference with a debit card or checking account

If it is your first time you can pay the difference in the beginning. If it is not you cannot order it. Even if your first order was a return.

A:

I'm not sure how to answer. I received a plastic card, but it was just something with my account number on it. As in an actual bank issued credit card, no they don't.
